Sage+ is an AI service built to help Amazonians find and discover knowledge quickly, with a particular focus on software engineers. Over two years, I owned the UX end-to-end across research, concept through delivery, and ongoing validation. My scope included integrating Sage+ across three knowledge discovery products (Sage, Internal Search, and Wiki), as well as Slack and AtoZ. 

This was a 0-to-1 effort in a rapidly shifting technology space that required moving quickly and incorporating new findings with each launch.
